Webcam

My main cam has been updated. It still points in the same place (for now), but now it is streaming via HTTP, rather than the old 'wait a few seconds for a frame' thing.

If you ever see if offline, then it shouldn't be for too long, just the TTL time picking up the new global IP and feeding it back to the DNS.
